Gene expression analysis steps
This step allows choosing an existing analysis in the Browse tab of tranSMART where to load gene expression analysis results. The analysis has to belong to the selected study. A database connection is needed for this step.
Select analyzed result file
This step allows selecting the file containing the analysis results.
The file has to contain the several columns: Probe ID, Raw P Value, Adjusted P Value and Fold Change. All values are mandatory, except for the adjusted p-value, which column can be empty.
This step allows defining platform for an analysis, and checking that the platform used has annotation already loaded in the database. The identifier of the platform (e.g. 'GPL6244') has to be indicated.
If annotation for this platform is not loaded yet, an annotation file can be chosen to be loaded.
A title has to be provided, and optionally a date and a release number. A database connection is needed for this step.

This step allows accessing error logs for gene expression analysis results loading.
If an error has occurred while the kettle job was running, it is indicated, but details are given in an error file saved in the workspace.
